						 The City Clerk’s office maintains, protects, and 
						preserves the official records of the City. Access to or 
						copies of public records may generally be obtained by 
						filing a request with the City Clerk. The City Clerk 
						prepares council information packets, as well as 
						preparing the official record (minutes) of each City 
						Council meeting. This office also provides for planning, 
						recording, and reporting of all financial matters. This 
						includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury 
						management, including banking and investments, payroll 
						entries, purchasing, and temporary and long term debt 
						management along with coordinating the annual
